This is progress. We bought this property last year, it obviously was “fire sale”. We are rebuilding it and will be a great three bedroom when we’re finished. It’s a great location on Mars Borough, walk to town, a park/playground across the street. We’ll have it ready to rent mid to end of summer 2022, just intime for the new school year! I’ll post progress along the way.

We had the privilege of remodeling and updating a lovely home of some amazing repeat clients. They are great to work with and we appreciate their trust in our in Tom’s work and my designs.
The house was already beautiful but needed some updating.

FYI, the relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. Mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression.
