We have stocked up the food truck and about to head out to Rockets Over Jefferson we are expecting record numbers!

We are excited and have brought it all! This brisket, ribeye sandwiches, prime rib, bbq, turkey legs, Philly’s the list goes on and on.

We made the move to Monroe and brought the food truck with us! 🔥

Today we’re serving up fresh brisket, barbecue, and our loaded BBQ Mac & Cheese — what a lot of y’all already know as the famous “BBQ Macstaks” Packed with smoky meat, cheesy goodness, and full of flavor!
