Another metal roof install to wrap up this week before getting back to tree removal next week.

This shingle roof was well at the end of its lifespan being 34 years old. We removed 3 skylights, some old antennas, and a directv dish then installed Brown 5 rib metal roofing and trim.

Another roof replacement we wrapped up this afternoon. The old 3 tab shingles were at the end of their lifespan as well as some leaks/soft spots caused by the sky lights. We stripped everything off, closed in the skylights, replaced any rotten sheathing, installed lifetime “Pewter” architectural shingles, and installed ridge vent in place of the roof vents for more even air flow as well as it’s much more aesthetically pleasing. Today’s project in Holtwood PA constructing this area for a dozen raised garden beds. We stripped the top soil off, hauled in some fill dirt, built up a level pad, installed 3.5 “French Gothic” fencing with a border around the bottom to keep the stone inside the fence, put down some w**d block fabric, then finished it off with gravel inside and top soil on the outside. A project I just wrapped up making some more yard space and a level area for trailer parking. We cleared some small trees and brush, filled in some large holes, raised the grade for the parking area with fill dirt, covered it in top soil, seed, and straw mat then finished it up with a “dry creek” to handle rain water that comes off the driveway that had been washing the yard out. Get ahold of me for any work you may need done!!
