Sureshot Directional Boring Incorporated is a premier utility company located in Lancaster, Ohio. We have been in buisness for 20+ years, offering directional boring and hydro excavation services to all of Ohio with one crucial thing in mind, customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals from the areas of Lancaster, Springfield, and Dayton Ohio to join our team for the positions of LABORER, OPERATOR, LOCATOR, and MECHANIC to continue our commitment to providing exceptional directional boring and hydro excavation services for our customers.

- Competitive pay (starting wage at $30+ hourly depending on experience and CDL classification)
Shift Work:
- 40 hours weekly plus overtime
- Every employee will be required to be on call one weekend a month
- Two consecutive weeks of Monday-Friday
- Two consecutive weeks of having Friday off
Minimum qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license with minimal points. CDL preferred but not required.
- Ability to be on call one weekend a month
- High level of self motivation, ambition, productivity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others to complete collective tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass drug tests
