One of my favorite little details in our grant street house is one you probably haven’t even seen yet (unless you saw the house in person 😉) We had a little fun with the floor in the powder room downstairs! We used basic cement silver tiles and customized them by creating a random geometric pattern and then inlaid them with brass strips👏🏼 the end result was everything I hoped and imagined it would be! We will say- this is probably NOT a DIY project haha HUGE shout out to for working his magic in this space 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Felt like Oprah from her “favorite things” episodes when I was designing these bathrooms ... “YOU get and arch, and YOU get an arch and so do you little powder room!” All three bathrooms have an arch somewhere - which one is your favorite?! 1,2,3 ?! @ Lancaster, Pennsylvania

If you look closely you’ll see the shower panel was installed 😍 it’s completely minimal with a custom arch at the top to tie everything together 👌🏼 and yes, the back wall IS actually tile and it’s beautiful in person too 😍

Probably my favorite little laundry space we’ve done with the most fun wallpaper ever 😍 if you look close enough you can see the floor tile has some fun arches as well 😉 Anthony reminded me multiple times that the floor and walls will be somewhat covered by the washer and dryer, and yes, I realize that- but, I like every single space to feel complete (and pretty ) and like it belongs with the rest of the home ❤️
