Here’s a bedroom in an air bnb i just designed. The concept for this air bnb is vintage luxury. I went back and forth about adding a rug, but in the end since it’s a light design i would have wanted a light colored rug. Because it’s an air bnb and not a primary residence it would get ruined quickly so i opted against it. (First pic is before)

Countertop, flooring, and cabinet color choices are made for our new apartment building. Gold cabinet pulls and gold lighting are going to make this such a beautiful home for our tenants!

I am very excited to finally share a project i have been working on for about a year now. Between carpenter delays, finding the right contractor, tile coming broken, and finding exactly the right piece i can finally say that this project is done! We bought a beautiful rug for the living room but unfortunately the doggie thought it was a p*e pad so it had to go. We are also still waiting on a giant gold floor mirror for one of the walls but it will be a few weeks till it comes and i couldn’t wait to share! I think this just goes to show that even if you live in a townhouse, it can still be a palace ❤️ thank you so much Hanni Snyder for trusting my vision and allowing me to transform your new home 🙂 love you to pieces!

We bought a beach house! I’ve been slowly decorating it as i can get down there…. So far I’m loving how it’s turning out, and i am so excited for all the memories we are going to make here as a family ❤️
