Last evening, I was honored to be named the 2025–2026 Lancaster Elks Lodge #134 Elk of the Year. Among nearly 1,200 members, I was selected in recognition of my leadership and contributions to the revitalization of the Lancaster Elks’ front landscape along North Duke Street.
While I am deeply grateful for this recognition, I accept it on behalf of the entire team of volunteers and contributors who made this project a success. I would also like to acknowledge the many local businesses that generously donated materials and labor to help bring this vision to life.
I share this award with every individual and organization who supported this effort. My sincere thanks to all of you, as well as to the executive leadership team for recognizing our collective accomplishment.

How does your landscape look coming out of winter? When we say four seasons of interest, we mean it. Two quick photos our client snapped this morning. Everyday is picture worthy at The Foundry Apartments.

Good information pertaining to the spotted lantern fly which can be seen currently in the nymph stage.

Spotted Lanternfly nymphs are coming out in full force in Lancaster County. The first instar nymphs prefer tender vegetation to feed on. We have received reports from homeowners finding them on roses, peonies, and herbs like basil.

It was truly exhilarating crossing paths with clients I lost touch with at the Lancaster Chamber Mixer this past Wednesday held at Certified Carpet. It was fantastic to hear their continued enthusiasm for the outdoor environment we created together over 5 years ago. The project is successfully checking off all their desires as it continues to mature into what was envisioned. They were even so kind as to forward photographs of the maturity in progress.
