Griff’s Greenhouse will be opening for our Fall Season Friday, October 2 from 10 am until 2 pm. Our normlFall hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10-2 pm.

We have a fantastic selection of plants for you to choose from. Elaine

I hope each of you are going to have a great day.

Scot will have another dye contrast tomorrow and we will see how everything is healing. My prayer is that it is healed and we can get him back to his home soon.

I have included a few pictures of our old fashioned mums. We have Ryan’s Pink, Sheffield and Clara Curtis.they are all really great perennial Fall blooming mums.

I have Ryan’s Pink and Sheffield pictured below.

I will let you all know, just as soon as I can, when we will open again. It is still a great time to be planting perennials, shrubs and trees.

A Reminder:

Griff’s Greenhouse will be closed this weekend. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but I am where I need to be, with Scot. He is still in the hospital.

I have made the tough decision to close this weekend Thursday October 29-Saturday October 31.
It will be easier on everyone helping me. They don’t have all they need to take care of you. My plan was to be home.

We had planned on a procedure for Scot, which they did, but there was a fast trip back to the hospital for surgery. He is making progress.!!😊

We apologize for any and all inconvenience. We will be back open as soon as possible.

We appreciate all of the prayers and positive thoughts for Scot.

Please share with friends so people will not make unnecessary trips.

An update. Scot is back in the hospital. He went from having a procedure Friday that was planned, to having surgery in the early morning hours of Saturday.
He is recovering and we are thankful. We are with him.

Remember, we will be closed today, the 22-24. Scot is having another procedure. We will re-open next week and I will continue the sale on trees , shrubs and bushes. Now is the perfect time to plant them. We also have some beautiful pansies and snapdragons. It is finally getting cool enough for them.

This is a great organization featured below and the art work celebrating their anniversary is fantastic. The pollinators and native plants in the painting reminds us how much our native plants are enjoyed.

Before I left yesterday I took a few pictures for you to enjoy.

Please remember, we will be closed Oct 22, 23 and 24 to be with Scot, the son who started the greenhouses, while he has another procedure. We will re-open the next weekend.

Our sale on shrubs, trees and bushes continues today, Saturday October 17 from 10-2, rain or shine.

Yes, it includes our Native shrubs and trees.

Remember we will be closed next weekend to be in Georgia with Scot, the one who started the greenhouse and nursery, while he is having a having a procedure and some recovery. We will be back open the next weekend.

Some plants that have been causing excitement with the sale are: blueberries, figs, pawpaws, pencil hollies, Encore Azaleas, gardenias, hydrangeas and a lot of others.

Our sale on shrubs, trees and bushes continues today and tomorrow. Yes, the 25% off incudes fruits and natives.

Next weekend we will be closed, this is the weekend I told you about earlier in the season. Scot is having another procedure done in Georgia, so we will be closed the weekend of October 23, but we will be open the next weekend.

Please share with your gardening friends about the sale. We had some excited people yesterday.
