One-Skillet Creamy Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or diced
12 oz rotini or penne pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender (about 10-12 minutes).
Stir in ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
