This 1910 home needed some love on the 2nd floor. I took it down to studs, updated the electrical and plumbing. There was settlement that caused some very challenging situations for flooring that I used some creative solutions for to stay inside this customers budget. Working on the west shore is becoming a mainstay for me. ❤️

This master bathroom wrapped up last week. This is bath had a 36" x 36" stall shower and a typical mid '90s whirlpool bath built in with tile all around. HUGE WASTE OF SPACE. I demolished the tub and reworked everything for a shower. This is Samuel Muehller curbless pan and wall kit with a storage pod. We repurposed the old shower area for a closet, which the builder didn't think was necessary in a master bath... full paint job, new flooring and new trims, Enjoy!

I'll start with this one.

ADA accessible Curbless entry shower, the shower is 4'x-7'8"!!! There are grab bars all around, and a fold down seat. Ample storage on the window sill and half wall cap.

The water controls are located at the entry so you can turn the water on to get hot without getting splashed with cold water.

!!!NOT MY WORK, JUST A PHOTO!!!

I usually stay away from this type of post, but i think this is a good example of why i try to steer ciatomers away from cobtrasting grout and tile colors. The tile really isnt set poorly, the problem is the grout choice made all of the job site conditions and tile choice POP and made visual game.
