A week back, I thought to myself that when Tucker’s day comes, Courtney will absolutely be heartbroken and devastated. That day arrived this past Wednesday. We are all devastated by the news. The two words “Tuckers gone” just crushed me. I just burst into tears last night when I saw Courtney’s video. My heart goes out to Courtney, Mike & Todd.

The first day with Tucker a puppy I came across a reel and absolutely fell in love with him. So many shared that brought smiles and laughter every time I watched. The tree of doom,broccoli. Not Tucker’s favorite. The videos were amazing, so much so, 24 million followers total across social media. I can’t thank them enough for sharing the life.

As much pain as Courtney & Mike are in, they have an understanding, his son, Todd does not even more. He lost his dad, I don’t know if he really knows his dad is gone and not coming back. He only knows he’s not at home right now.

What I do know is there’s so much love a dog can give us. They are always there, no matter what kind of day you had or are having.

Dogs are such an amazing creatures, and that makes them truly a man’s best friend. However, on the flip side, when it’s time for them to go, it’s nothing but heartbreaking and a devastating time in our lives.

In due time, cherish the memories, break out the videos & pictures, remember them as they were the best times in your life.
