We are contacting you from the Lanesborough Community Development Committee. We have been planning a “Lanesborough Day” set to take place on Saturday August 3rd, 2024, at Bill Laston Memorial Park and would like to invite you to be a part of the day.
This event is set to be a family fun, town appreciation day. The day will include music, food vendors, touch a truck provided by our local emergency vehicles, representation from Lanesborough committees / businesses and various kid friendly activities. We would like to open this event to Lanesborough residents and businesses to participate. We have put together a few different options on the following page as to how you can partake.
Our committee has been working together to put all the details together for a greatly deserved fun day for our town residents along with all town based businesses. We hope you are able to attend or assist any in way to make this day a great success for all.

o Business promotional table – a great way for you and your team to come and enjoy the day at Laston Field, set up a table and promote your business.
o Supply promotional items to be placed on our advertising table, if you are unable to attend the day. Information will be sent out regarding dropping items of.
o Sponsor the day- would you like to help us make this day a great hit in town? We are looking for sponsors to help pay for various activities and ideas for the day which include free ice cream for those in attendance, face painting materials, rental fees for a tent, tables, chairs, popcorn machine etc.
