Pink onyx? Yes please!

Many clients feel torn between creating a space they truly love and thinking about resale value, even if moving isn’t on their minds. In this design, we added a pop of pink and balanced it with classic wood and marble to keep it appealing to today’s homeowner and future-proof it for the next person who calls it home.

A little moody before and after to start your Monday off right ☠️
This my friends, is color drenching done right. Rich shades of the same hue cover the walls, ceiling, trim and even the furniture making you feel like you’re being enveloped in a warm hug. This dramatic transformation shows the power of paint and styling without breaking the bank.

Since y’all never tire of a good before and after, I present to you this glorious sunroom. We improved R value by upgrading the widows, added a volume to make the space feel more grand, wrapped the support beams for interest and cozied it up with plush furnishings.
Quite possibly the most coveted spot in this home.

Obsessed.
This home thoughtfully went from 1950s drab to timeless fab. Our forward thinking homeowners right sized and we worked lock step with them to get all the details right. We honored as many bones of the house as possible - check out that little closet we created with the existing nook - and layered in the charm with textiles and color. Having a client with exquisite taste and style never hurts.

Historic home + modern update

If i had to guess, I would estimate there were approximately 196 hours of sleep that I lost over this kitchen, but seeing the gorgeous mix of materials and how it all came together makes those dark circles under my eyes all worth it 😂
From the plaster hood to the walnut trim, the 1800s stone wall to the marble backsplash and the stunning mix of metals, I’m having a hard time picking my favorite element .

None of this would be possible without the teamwork and collaboration of and . Wait until you see the rest of the renovation 🤯🤯

Design on a computer is where the process begins, but sometimes site conditions mean we need to adjust our plan to bring us across the finish line. Immoveable HVAC and radon pipes required us to shrink this double door to a single. This turned out to be a blessing because now we won’t have any interference from the refrigerators projection. Creative problem solving saves the day again!
Shoutout to my 10th grade geometry teacher, Mrs Lindstrom who’s voice is forever chirping in my ear at times like this 😂

Even with yellow painters tape she’s a beaut

We’ve always believed that powder rooms are the jewel box of the home. You can have fun with color, wallpaper, texture or materials. And friends, in my humble opinion, THIS is the room to splurge It’s the one space in your home that everyone will visit. But we’ve really leveled up with this little gem. I present to you what can only be called the most gorgeous marble sink we’ve ever designed and built 😍.

I think we redesigned this kitchen 5 times before landing on this layout. It was worth every single wink of lost sleep.

We reoriented the sink from the smallest window to the largest window and completely flipped the working and entertaining segments of the kitchen This gives our homeowners a light filled space on which to work and a clear line of site to their backyard pool and hot tub. Win - freaking - win.
