I’ve always loved to organize things. Even as a child my idea of fun was spending the afternoon rearranging the bookshelf, organizing the contents of the cupboards, or sorting through papers and memorabilia to create a system of some sort.
As an adult, life has provided me with ample opportunities to hone my organizational skills. Our many moves as a military family have taught me the value of purging and given me countess experiences creating solutions to the various organizational challenges that arise as a natural part of the relocation process. As a mother of four, I’m also well acquainted with the never-ending challenge of keeping clutter and chaos at bay while striving for balance in a busy life.
After 20+ years volunteering my services as an organizer to friends, family and various charitable organizations I decided I wanted to be a professional organizer. The more opportunities I have to help people transform their space and their lives, the more committed I am to that decision.
As an organizer, there are three key concepts that define both my personal convictions and my professional approach.
