Finally finished this project. Customer had me replace floor, drop the floor trim, mud/sand to repair old trim caulk lines, repainted walls and trim. Adjusted window cranks and covers. New switch covers, new fireplace pad, and some crown molding repair.

Finished this project off today. Demoed a brick paver and railroad tie walkway and replaced with a deck.
