Freezing temps damage plant cells and dry them out, so leaves turn brown/black and crispy 🥶🍂.

✅ How to prevent it:
• 🧣 Cover plants with frost cloth/blankets (remove when it warms)
• 🪴 Move potted plants indoors/garage at night
• 🌱 Add mulch around the base to protect roots
• 🚿 Water soil lightly earlier in the day (not at night)
• ✂️ Don’t prune right after a freeze—wait until new growth appears
