We are purists and intend to fill the home with his genius. Even if it’s old and worn, we can use it in the yard as decoration. Please be kind. We aren’t rich. It’s a massive project to restore. In today’s video , we have the devastating effects of what happens when your swimming pool and spa are not fixed in a timely manner. I can’t believe this. The contractor said they would fix it. We’ve been waiting for that to happen for a while now.

What do you do when your contractor refuses to listen? We advised that we wanted to utilize the three existing sprinkler boxes. They abandoned two, yet added a fourth. Right next to the pool equipment. Crooked. This creates a major problem. They’ve damaged my pool controller, my pool is now green due to a plumbing/electrical error they created, I’ve repeatedly asked that they plant clover to a specific point and they haven’t (the w**d barrier photo), the curbing situation isn’t addressed near casita, irrigation is incomplete, and more. I’ve texted the contractor with no resolution. I have two dead (or near death) trees also. How would you handle this?

Loving this lawn! We looked endlessly for a deep green synthetic turf. This is not a paid promotion. Found this turf on a Facebook ad and it looks just like the photos online. 133oz so it’s thick and pretty. My neighbors call it a transformation. It’s a Hawaiian tiki home. What do you think?
