I know, I know. I've been MIA. I've been busy with my own personal home renovations! In January, we bought a house that needed some cosmetic updates. Thank goodness this is kind of what I specialize in!

I've been meaning to share some before, during and afters and after almost 4 months have finally found a minute to share these amazing images with all of you! We did the renovations in two months with Munoz Renovations here in Las Vegas. Mario and his team are amazing and are so easy to work with! I gave him a challenging timeline, and he delivered and under budget (if you know construction, you know that NEVER happens).

Without further adieu, I give you Casa Stucco and Stone. The images are the final image, the before and the rendering we worked with.

I'm going to post different areas of the house separately because they all more than exceeded my expectations.

Hello! It's been a while since my last update. I took a break due to a pressing family matter and then thoroughly enjoyed my time as a dog mom (and as a wife). I thought I'd drop in to say hi and also remind everyone that now is an excellent time to consider simple home renovations and backyard designs. I've been awfully busy over here working on amazing projects for my awesome clients AND being my own client! We redid our bathrooms, flooring throughout our house, added a kitchen backsplash and updated our fireplace tile! So very happy with the results!

Will be posting more work soon! Current workload is getting heavy, but I'm always excited to take on new clients! Just send a shout out and I'll see what I can do for you!

And if you were wondering, yes, I used my own rendering skills to sell this project to my husband. :)

It's been a busy summer, but I wanted to share something a little more personal with you all. My husband and I toured a property last week that is pretty unique but I just can't shake the potential it has. I had to work my magic and model the home to see if what I saw in my head was as good as I was imagining...it's actually better.

I can't include existing photos because it's obviously not our home, but when I saw this on zillow, it occured to me that the attached 3 car garage is actually where the kitchen/living room should be to take advantage of the pool (the home is a U shape around a central pool).

So, image walking through a house and completely realizing that the existing garage should be this....see image.

This is what I do and I do this for my own personal projects and I can do it for you as well.

It's currently just a bare garage. It kills me that it may remain just that.
