Before and After. Bar top cut down, outlet relocation, vent line cut down. New countertops with elliptical bar top edge with new under mount sink. Wish I would’ve gotten more pics. Oops.

Floors- SK- SPC 6 mm Flooring in Brewers bay for the Main house, and Tulum for the guest house. 6" Craftsman style base throughout, wall done in compatible beige. Came out beautiful. Customer started wanting 800 sq ft, ended up with 1,800 sq ft of SPC

Water damage house before and afters. 8mm SPC flooring, 5-/2” craftsman style baseboards, 6 panel doors, agreeable grey walls with Swiss coffee accents. White shaker cabinets, callcatta manufactured quartz countertops, custom tile, semi frameless glass with satin nickel hinges, satin nickel hardware throughout.
