1. We are looking for a sales associate for our evolve retail paint store.
2. We need a candidate with paint experience.
3. Ability to distinguish the difference between colors, a skill used when color matching or tinting paint, with or without reasonable accommodation.
4. Be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
5. Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and life and carry up to 50lbs.
6. Ability to speak more than one language: preferably Spanish.
7. Support the sales efforts at Evolve paint store, serving retail customers.
8. Assist customers in store and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products such as wall covering, applicators etc.
9. Ensure that the sales transactions are completed accurately, maintaining accurate work order files and formulas, pulling appropriate products from sales floor and tinting and mixing them to customer specifications.
