New Pentair Intelliflo VSF3 installed, setup and under warranty for the customer. Old pump was over 15 years old and made a lot of noise. Check with your CPA or a tax professional for writing off of equipment. It is an energy efficient upgrade.

Is your filter tank showing 20psi or above?
After the summer heat and wild windstorms, time to clean the filters and replace seals. High pressure puts stress on the pool system, leading to small leaks at other areas.
your pool will thank you for the TLC.

PSA for pool owners:

Water coming from the tap has traces of copper, safe for consumption. The pool will have a tint of green to the stairs as this is a natural occurrence with having chlorine in the pool.
Use a “metal out” product or any product to reduce the amount of copper in the water. Draining the pool will only continue the problem currently.
Outside water result test in SW region of Las Vegas. Test date 10/20.
