To all commercial property management companies. For both landscape maintenance and porter service on your properties. what would you say is a great price to not only have the landscape kept in good condition, and have trash and debris picked up on a daily basis. Monday through Friday? Would you say $26.00 a day is a good price? $650.00 a month for not only the maintenance of the landscape , also a five day a week porter service is an awesome price if you ask me.
