LCH Exotica-02 is a three-bedroom luxury shipping container home built out of four 40 ft High Cube shipping containers. The total built-up area of this project is 1920 sqft. It is best suited for the residence of a single-family and additional room for guests.

This project is designed for home planners who enjoy living in an open-plan setup. It has a spacious living room, a big island kitchen with full-size appliances, and a large dining area. Large glass doors at both east and west ends of the building ensure abundant natural light and a cool sea breeze during the nights.

This project has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedroom two is designed as a bedroom that can also be used as an office. Bedroom 3 is a guest bedroom.

This house has a dedicated pantry/storeroom, a laundry room, and a mechanical room.

At the western end lies the main entrance of the property, along with a carport large enough to house two cars. The eastern end faces the sea. There is private access to the beach via stairs.
