As the weather in Las Vegas turns a touch chilly again, let's turn up the heat and look at the fireplace that was part of this whole home remodel. It's an electric fireplace, with large format 3D tile, walnut European-style cabinets and shelves with LED Lighting and granite countertops. The guest and master baths of this complete home remodel feature long granite countertops, vessel sinks, faucets, and globe lighting at vanities. White subway tile walls continue the lengthy look with charcoal gray subway tile floors and black plumbing fixtures in the shower. In the master bath, we used walnut European-style floating vanities. This whole home remodel starts in the kitchen. The windows let in lots of natural light and the white shaker cabinetry keeps that bright feeling going through the room. A contrast is seen with the white quartz and black granite countertops and black accents. A couple of special features: an elongated hexagon tile backsplash, and the center counter over the drawers that extends, allowing for seating. Beautiful work by Jerezee Construction Inc!

If you've been waiting to see the main bathroom of this remodel, here you go! Jerezee Construction Inc and HH King Design employed black and white with gold and green accents throughout. We updated the hardware, countertop, and concrete vessel sinks. Wall mounted faucets were installed at the existing white shaker vanity. We added tile, LED mirrors, a chandelier, and accessories to the vanity area. The complete remodel of the shower and tub was done using large format tile in 3 coordinating colors/textures. We created a new platform for the freestanding tub with a recess for the penny tile shower pan and added a towel rack and chandelier. Again, the wood look porcelain floor was existing. A completely unique bathroom!

A couple more shots from this guest bathroom remodel with Jerezee Construction Inc. The redo consisted of updating hardware and adding a new countertop. Check out the white porcelain organic shaped vessel sink and vessel faucet—stylish! We added capsule shaped mirrors, pendant light and black accessories to the vanity area to complete the sink area. We completely remodeled the shower using white hexagon tile with black pinstripe, grout, and schluter. More stylish touches: a bamboo and chrome shower panel. And towel racks don't need to be from a big box store. We incorporated a black and wood tone industrial towel rack! Add some character and functionality to your bathroom-get in touch! ,

Visitors using this guest bathroom might never leave! This project collaboration with Jerezee Construction Inc included a complete remodel of the shower using white hexagon tile with black pinstripe, grout, and schluter. The shower panel is unique, utilizing a bamboo and chrome shower panel. We added a black and wood tone industrial towel rack and barn door-style glass doors. Putting the "POW" in Powder Room! In the first of three bathrooms we remodeled at this property, we added drama with a prefab black metal vanity and concrete trough sink, an almost-retro gold framed mirror and pendant light, black accessories, and incredible, oversize floral wallpaper on two walls.
