Arca Apartments is officially open!

Our team is proud to have led the design of this vibrant community, blending contemporary aesthetics with the unique energy of Las Vegas to create a project that redefines modern urban living in the valley.

A project of this scale is only possible through incredible partnerships, starting with the forward-thinking vision of the owner, Quarterra, whose trust allowed us to push the boundaries of multifamily design. That vision was brought to life by Martin-Harris Construction LLC through high quality craftsmanship and ex*****on, while Cushman & Wakefield now leads the leasing efforts and transforms these spaces into a thriving community.

From the sleek architectural lines to the thoughtfully curated amenity spaces, Arca represents the best of Southern Nevada’s evolving landscape. We are incredibly proud of the collective effort that went into this project and look forward to seeing its lasting impact on the Las Vegas skyline. Last week, Edward A. Vance, FAIA had the privilege of moderating a timely and important conversation on multifamily development, one of the most pressing challenges facing our community today.

The panel featured an exceptional lineup of speakers including Miranda Mack (Dean), Armen Hadjimanoukian, Tim Veenstra, who shared valuable insights into the current landscape, what lies ahead, and the obstacles shaping the path forward. It was a thoughtful and engaging discussion with perspectives that will continue to influence how we approach growth and housing in our region.

What an unforgettable evening at the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter 29th Spotlight Awards: NAIOP on Broadway! 🌟

We are incredibly honored to share that EV&A Architects has been named Architecture Firm of the Year for the third consecutive year. This recognition is a testament to our clients’ trust, our team’s talent, and our deep commitment to the Las Vegas community.

We’re also excited to have received the Office Tenant Improvement Honor Award for Snell & Wilmer. Stay tuned — we’ll be sharing photography of this beautifully designed space soon!

The night was even more special as we celebrated alongside the EV&A team members who helped bring the event to life, including Kimberly G., who not only helped chair the committee, but delivered a standout performance in true Broadway fashion!

Congratulations to How Ya Dough'n on their new location at the BLVD on the Las Vegas Strip! This marks their first space in Nevada, and we are incredibly proud to be part of the journey.

The design draws inspiration from their pizza-making philosophy, emphasizing simplicity, quality, and craftsmanship while creating a warm and inviting environment for guests. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to reflect their brand and enhance the overall experience. The EV&A team loved bringing this vision to life, and we are already enjoying the finished space and, of course, the pizza!🍕

Today, on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, we’re proud to stand with St. Jude's Ranch for Children to and raise awareness for the thousands impacted by human trafficking.

Through our work on the Healing Center, we’ve learned so much about the harsh realities of trafficking and the vital support survivors need. We're honored to be part of this one-of-a-kind facility that offers hope, healing, and a path forward for victims.

We remain committed to supporting St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and their incredible mission to protect, uplift, and empower.
