This space proves that wallpaper isn’t just a backdrop—it’s the star of the show. The rich black texture paired with metallic gold detailing creates depth, drama, and just the right amount of sparkle.

I’m especially loving the subtle nod to a classic Las Vegas lounge: moody, glamorous, and effortlessly cool. Add in the smoky glass sconce, bold fixtures, and a little Rat Pack energy, and suddenly this powder room feels like the VIP room at midnight.

Sometimes the smallest rooms make the biggest statement.

What a week at the HD Expo + Conference at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Great connections, even better smiles, and enough conversations to fill my social tank twice over.

Honestly, HD Expo is a lot like a drag show… everyone dresses to impress, there’s always a cocktail close by, you might randomly find a puppy, you stand and smile for hours, and somehow the best memories always come from the unexpected shenanigans.

Grateful for every designer, partner, friend, and familiar face that made this week unforgettable.

The HOSPYs were truly something special — an incredible celebration filled with creativity, heart, and a little magic! 💫

I’m beyond grateful for everyone who supported, helped create, develop, and run this event. It was no small feat to pull off a dinner and award show for over 500 guests, and every single detail was perfection — from the Wicked Witch’s bike to the grand Oz-like doors that welcomed us into an unforgettable evening. 💚🚲🚪

This stunning dining space is elevated by Phillip Jeffries’ custom wallcovering — featuring flowing, hand-painted fish that bring movement, serenity, and a touch of whimsy to this high-rise residence.

With this heatwave I swear my walls are melting!! 🔥✨

Artisans hand-apply lacquer onto handcrafted grounds to create this specialty, textured wallcovering — inspired by richly painted pottery dripping with glaze. The result? A bold, glossy surface that feels like it’s in motion.

Designed by the talented team .interior_design out of Fort Myers, Florida.
