This customer needed a little more shade for his future BBQ area. He requested shade with a privacy wall that also allowed for airflow to help vent BBQ smoke. We built this structure with insulated roofing and a 1x6 lattice wall with a fixed lover layout. The louvered lattice blocks his neighbors view into the yard but retains complete airflow. This project was a unique solution to our clients needs. They had pool equipment right next to the door which was loud and unsightly. They also could have posts blocking their pool entrance. This hybrid cantilever was the perfect solution. We key the posts out of the way of the pool and made a nice lattice screen wall to block the pool equipment.
