Having a GC remodel our house allows me to do other projects I wouldn't be able to do at the same time. Touched up the pool shed framing and getting ready for stucco had to get a pic with the sunset. The compliment from the GC of 40+ years while helping get the roof on was "This shed is a tank!" "I've been on top of houses that still moved and this thing doesn't move at all and it's not even sitting on a foundation!"
