Check list for back yard & building
-Annual patio & deck clean and sealer applied
-Apply new polysand on pavers every 2-3 years
-Annual Fire sprinkler service & maintenance
-Fresh paint or touch up on metal gates and outdoor handrails 2-3 years
-Full Repaint every 5-7 years for best stucco & metal surface performance.
-RV gates should be serviced 2 times a year for best performance
-HVAC service ones a year usually before summer or before winter
-Garage doors and motors serviced 1 times a year anytime
-Pool equipment plumbing lines UV coated 1 time every 2-3 years
-Flush water heaters annually
-Clean out window & door tracks 2 times a year
-Clean & maintain roof annually
-Trim all trees back 3-5 feet from any structure and roof
-No large trees 5’ from structure or hardscape
