DesignCell Architecture was established in 2007 by Kastytis Cechavicius, NCARB, LEED AP and Scott Brown, NCARB, licensed Architects in the State of Nevada. Both founding Principals have acquired an extensive award-winning portfolio of work by having worked for reputable architecture firms in Southern Nevada prior to establishing their own practice. Kastytis Cechavicius has also worked in architect

ure firms in Europe and Asia prior to making Las Vegas his home in 1994. The firm Principals have contributed to major projects including the City of Las Vegas City Hall early conceptual phase, Konami Gaming Corporate Headquarters, WMS Corporate Headquarters, and Clark County School District’s, Miley Achievement Center for Special Needs Students. Eglet Advocacy Center, numerous hotels for Marriott, Hilton, and InterContinental Hotel Group, JS Products and Windmill Office buildings, as well as specialty retail such as Michael Kors and Pal Zileri. DesignCell is a creative, contemporary architectural practice based in Las Vegas, Nevada with an additional office in Vilnius, Lithuania. DesignCell forges close collaborative relationships with clients with the goal of creating budget-conscious, yet distinctive designs that express their specific needs and identities. DesignCell has five LEED Accredited Professionals and offers a full range of services from site planning and conceptual design to construction drawings and administration. The firm utilizes AutoCad, Revit and 3D modeling, enabling the firm to work on all size projects, while providing clients with the personal service they deserve. The firm’s practice currently extends to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, MD, NV, ND, OH, OR, TX, UT, and WA. DesignCell is experienced with traditional bid/build, design/build, and construction manager-at-risk project construction delivery methods.

Proud moment for our Arizona office! Our team was proud to participate once again in J&J Flooring's Helping Hands event, a meaningful program that brings holiday joy to children and families spending the season in pediatric hospitals. We were honored to receive the "Phoenix Children's Hospital Favorite Tree" award, but the greatest reward is knowing these trees help create moments of joy, hope, and comfort for kids during a challenging time.

This project turned an existing hotel into something entirely new - a reimagined Home2 Suites by Hilton that brings warmth, efficiency, and a contemporary edge to every guest experience.

What began as a familiar structure is now a space that feels open, modern, and distinctly its own.

Meet DC's Cactus Quacker 🦆 , (courtesy of Daniel Erlandson) the winning name for our rubber duck! Our Design Director, Gwen Jarick, gave this little traveler its desert flair before sending it down the lazy river with the rest of the flock.

We're proud to share our latest completed project, a Property Improvement Plan that brought a modern edge to this familiar favorite.

The project included an exterior modernization and a fitness center expansion, offering guests more space and a fresh environment to recharge. From the updated main entrance and porte-cochere to refined balcony railings and a revitalized pool area trellis, every design choice supports a cohesive, contemporary style.
