We are excited to share that panel tilting has commenced!

Located on a 20.56-acre site, this industrial development will total 346,203 sq ft and consist of two ground-up concrete industrial buildings designed to support modern manufacturing and distribution operations. The project includes a 240,683 SF primary facility with integrated office space and a 105,520 SF secondary building featuring ESFR fire protection and advanced panel systems for performance and efficiency.
