Our last deck of the year. Customer only had a small set of steps coming off her back door. We built this landing and steps with Trex (clam shell) decking. White and black Trex handrails to finish it off. We will be back in the spring to pour a concrete pad at the base of the steps.

Came in mid project to help this customer out. Set the tub, installed tub drain and shower valve. Subway tile with a 12" x 24" niche. Leveled the floor, installed a membrane, tile and grouted.

This was a big project for us. It was a blank space with one wall standing when we got started. From running all new drains and supply lines to all new electrical throughout. Huge custom walk in shower with partition glass. Made use of every inch of space by building shelves. Tongue and groove ceiling with recessed lighting. LVP flooring, vanity, lighted mirror, and toilet installed to top it all off.

This job turned out to be more than expected. Once the old flooring was removed we noticed the floor joists needed some attention. Subfloor was removed and floor joist were corrected. After a new subfloor installation, we were able to level and install a really pretty wood flooring. New trim, air registers, and ceiling fan.
