Another project officially COMPLETED on a home built in the 1890’s — and we didn’t just cover problems… we FIXED them from the ground up 💪

Most people would’ve thrown flooring over this and called it done…
We tore it down to the structure and rebuilt it the RIGHT way.

Here’s what we handled:

🔥 Full Structural Repair
We opened everything up, inspected every joist, replaced what was bad, and braced & supported the entire system for long-term strength.

🪵 No-Shortcut Subfloor Framing
Every inch framed so ALL 4 edges are fully supported — no bounce, no weak spots, no future issues.

🌬️ Moisture Protection DONE RIGHT
Installed a v***r barrier + brand new subfloor, with all seams taped and sealed tight to protect the home from outside elements.

🏡 Clean, Professional Finish Work
✔️ New laminate flooring installed
✔️ Baseboards & shoe molding installed and caulked clean

🚽 Final Details That Matter
Toilet and sink reinstalled, and a smooth transition strip at the entry for that perfect finished look.

🚧 Another Project Kicking Off! 🏚️➡️🏡

We’re starting demo on a home built in the 1890’s — and this one is getting the full structural attention it deserves 💪

Here’s what’s going down 👇

🔨 Demo PhaseWe’ll be pulling up the existing flooring and subfloor in the master bedroom, closet, and master bathroom to expose what’s underneath.

🪵 Structural Inspection & RepairOnce opened up, we’ll thoroughly inspect all joists — removing and replacing any that need it. Then we’ll support and brace every joist to ensure long-term strength and stability.

🧱 Subfloor Prep Done RIGHTWe’ll frame out the subfloor so that all 4 edges have solid backing — no weak spots, no shortcuts.

🌬️ Sealing & ProtectionNext steps include installing a v***r barrier, followed by new subflooring. All seams and edges will be properly taped and sealed to protect the home from outside elements.

🏠 Build Back BetterFrom there:✔️ Insulation installed✔️ New laminate flooring laid✔️ Baseboards & shoe molding installed + caulked clean

🚿 Final TouchesWe’ll reinstall the toilet and sink, and wrap it all up with a clean transition strip at the main entry point for that finished, seamless look.

Another full remodel is officially finished, and the results speak for themselves. This home was taken all the way down to the joists and studs and rebuilt with custom features and upgrades throughout.

🔨 BIG PROGRESS on our “Joist to the Studs” Remodel! 🔨

This home is coming together piece by piece and the transformation is already looking great!

Here’s what we’ve completed so far:

✅ Trim installed on all doors and windows
✅ Custom wainscoting added to the lower half of the walls for a clean, elegant look
✅ Waterproof snap-lock flooring installed in the areas requested by the homeowner
✅ New carpet installed in the rooms selected by the customer

Our remodel is really taking shape, and we're excited to share more progress pictures that showcase the work we've done from the studs to the joists. In these photos, you can see the new joists, supports, and level floors we've installed. We've also added a new subfloor in the living room and v***r barriers to ensure a dry and stable environment. Our team has worked tirelessly to repair and replace studs in the walls where necessary, upgrade the electrical system with new wiring, outlets, and switches, and modernize the plumbing throughout the house. We've also added some fantastic features, including a new closet in the master bedroom and a new shower in the laundry room. The sliding doors in the living room have been replaced with elegant French doors. Stay tuned for more updates!!
