I stayed back to watch the house and the dog while my cousin and her family were away for the holiday and I found myself processing some BIG feelings. So.. I painted and found a lot of joy in the process.

This 16 × 20 acrylic family portrait took just over ten hours over two days and was made as a gift but it did make me pause and wonder what I would charge for something like this.

My son says $600 lol honestly, that gave me a lot of hope. 😄
