ProCore Renovations, LLC is a locally owned and operated, Renovation company in Lawrence Kansas. Our company is seeking a “Jack-of-all-trades” person. It is preferred but not necessary for potential team members to be experienced in residential and light commercial remodeling, improvement, and construction processes. All team members will be asked to complete light electrical, light plumbing, painting, flooring, framing, trim work, and more. This person needs to be clean-cut and capable of keeping themselves and a Jobsite organized. This person will also need to be able to clearly and concisely communicate with customers on a regular basis.
Basic Duties
- Provide Professional Remodeling Services to customers.
- Windows, doors, flooring, light electrical, light plumbing, flooring (vinyl, tile, engineered, etc.), repair and replace wood rot, painting interior and exterior, drywall (hang, tape, prime, texture), light HVAC, demolition, gutter cleaning, drapery installation, decks, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, and more.
- Communicate with homeowners and other trades on site.
- Coordinate job flow to meet project goals and timeline.
- Show up on time, daily, ready to work, and ready to exceed customer expectations.
- Committed to completing jobs on time and on budget. Will work the necessary hours to get a job done.
