A nice and simple(not the easiest at times) bathroom remodel. Homeowners did the initial demo to where I could have a good start coming in. Used curbless shower and heated floors for this project. Loved the way this simple bathroom turned out. Can’t wait to do heated floors in my own bathroom eventually.

Attention Cincinnati Area(specifically Milford area): Tools Stolen from Job Site

Over the weekend, several thousand dollars worth of tools were stolen from a job in the Milford/Pleasant Plains neighborhood. The job site was locked and secured as of Friday evening. Please keep your eyes open for these items if you notice they were posted to an online marketplace over the weekend. Many were Milwaukee Tool items.

We have filed a police report, notified the building team, and are in the process of gathering all associated serial numbers for proof of ownership.

As a small business owner, this is a devastating loss. We just want our tools back so we can work and pay our bills.

So I have seen people post about tools getting stolen and know a couple people personally that have had it done to them. I have never had this issue Until this morning. Over the weekend someone stole a good chunk of my tools I had in the job. The job is in the Pleasant Plains/Milford area of ohio. Not sure how many people that follow me have reach in this area, but please keep an eye out. I’ll attach the list of what was taken that I could think of. Just don’t understand people. Please don’t mention insurance. I have it, but by the time I pay a deductible and pay higher rates in the future, it’s not worth a claim
