Check out this attic remodel 👀

Didn’t have a picture of it completey finished up but we turned this attic space into a bedroom and bathroom. Shiplap on the walls and ceiling. Installed flooring, trim, and new lighting. And to finish added in a bathroom with a fiberglass shower.

Catching y’all up on some of the things we’ve been working on!

For this customer we upgraded two of their bathrooms- took everything down to the studs and came back in with all new! Replaced trim all throughout the home, fresh coat of paint, all new windows, and all new closet doors.

Check out this before and after✨

We tore down this porch and went back with a concrete patio! Built a stained pergola style cover with black metal roof. Added in this outdoor natural gas fire pit…And built a fence to hide the A/C unit.

Check out this Kitchen remodel!

Gutted all the way down to the studs. New insulation, drywall, hardwood flooring, and stained tongue and groove ceiling. Electrical, new lighting, and even added in some extra plugs. New cabinets, backsplash, cabinet lighting, and range hood.. Plus more! You name it, we did it! Very pleased with how it turned out!

Before > After Kitchen Renovation ✨

This kitchen had a small area for a kitchen table and a separate ”formal dining room” A wall divided the two… The “formal dining room” had two entrances… One from the kitchen and the other from the foyer.

We decided to open up this kitchen by tearing down the wall and bringing it back some to make one large dining room. Behind that new kitchen wall is now an office that is accessed from the other door that led into the foyer.

Tore down dividing wall and moved wall back to open up kitchen. Added new can lighting and chandelier. New trim and freshly painted walls. Finished off with stained tongue and groove ceiling!
