It’s been a busy few months for Color Splash! Our brand new Tenants are finally moved into their very first home to start their beautiful family, one of our very own rental properties that we flipped.. 2 down and one to go! I think we may take a break on renovating our own properties for now, so the other property will need to wait a bit before I burn the crew out 😅. Here are a few before and after photos. The exterior is not painted yet, but I will post pictures after that is completed. Exterior will be black and white!
