The home owner wanted easy access to the back yard. The best option was to remove the window and install a sliding glass door.
(The home owner was doing the stairs at a later date).

This deck had some serious rot going on with the rim joist and started to become a safety issue. We peeled off the Trex and found more than we had anticipated.
The repairs were made and the deck will be good for years to come. We have another satisfied client and friend.

Another before, during, and after (and another very happy client).
We removed the pony wall, repaired and painted the wall. We also helped arrange the railing/banister installation through a custom mill in SLC.
New flooring was next on the client's list so the remaining gap was left until the flooring could be installed.
