π§π₯ Ultimate Crack Chicken Sliders

Perfect for game day, family dinners, or party trays β these sliders are pure comfort food in a bun! π₯ͺπ―
π Ingredients:
π§ 2 blocks (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
πΏ 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix

2 tsp onion powder
π§ Β½ tsp black pepper
π§ 1 tsp garlic powder (extra boost)
πΆοΈ Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

cup green onions, chopped
π 2Β½ cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
π₯ Β½ cup crispy crumbled bacon
π§ 2Β½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
π§ Β½ cup mozzarella cheese (adds gooey melt factor)
π 12-count sweet Hawaiian rolls
π§ 6 tbsp melted butter (salted)
π§ 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
πΏ 2 tsp chives for garnish
π₯ Optional: 1 tbsp honey mustard mixed into filling (sweet-savory twist)

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
In a large bowl, mix: cream cheese, ranch, onion powder, pepper, garlic powder, green onion.
Stir in chicken, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and optional honey mustard. Mix until creamy.
Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected), and place bottom half in a greased baking dish.
Spread chicken mixture evenly, then top with roll tops.
Brush melted butter over the rolls and sprinkle with parmesan and chives.
Cover with foil and bake 15 min, then uncover and bake 5 more until golden and melty.
Slice & serve warm! π₯
