Deck staining! First I power washed it to remove dirt and loose paint. Then I scraped it to remove more loose paint. Then a second power wash to finish prepping it. Finally I applied 2 coats of Sherwin Williams solid exterior deck stain, color was Espresso. They are now going to get new railings and latticework. Everything turned out great!
