Exciting Developments. Our construction project at 1201 Lakeshore Drive West, Lake Okoboji is advancing significantly. Major achievements include the completion of concrete pouring, stamping, staining, and sealing. All painting work has been finished. Furthermore, we've installed custom-welded monorail stairs that beautifully enhance the walkout level, complete with a wet bar on one side and spacious living quarters looking out onto Smith Bay.
