1. We received the initial call from the homeowner.
2. We performed a thorough inspection and located the source of the leak that caused the damage.
3. Our licensed plumber documented the findings in a detailed report, which was submitted to the homeowner’s insurance company.
4. We completed the necessary demolition of all affected areas and carefully monitored moisture levels to ensure everything was properly dried, helping prevent future mold growth.
5. We prepared a detailed Xactimate estimate and worked directly with the insurance company to help secure approval for the complete buildback so the homeowner can get their home restored with little to no out of pocket expense.

Another insurance restoration project is underway in Sugar Land!

We’re getting set up on this 2,000 sq. ft. water-damaged home and are excited to bring it back better than before.

Scope of Work:
• Complete kitchen restoration
• Master bathroom remodel
• Guest bathroom remodel
• New luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the upstairs
• New tile flooring throughout the downstairs
• Complete replacement of all damaged sheetrock throughout the home, including taping, floating, and finishing

One of the biggest wins on this project was helping our client work directly with her insurance adjuster to ensure the entire restoration was properly covered, allowing the home to be rebuilt without any out-of-pocket costs for the approved scope of work.
