Rental Property Exterior Upgrades

HHI repaired woodrot on all windows, built custom board & batten shutters and replaced front entry door. We then replaced the front and back entry concrete stairs and poured a large concrete patio. Finished it all off with a landscaping refresh with dirt and mulch work.

Rental Property basement overhaul.

Customer wanted to add bedroom and bathroom while updating this old basement. HHI took a garage accessible laundry room and converted it to a basement accessed bathroom and laundry. An old unusable fireplace was removed and the basement was reframed with new electrical to give a nice family room, bedroom, and bathroom with laundry.
