We need someone trustworthy who can be trusted to go to a house alone and not only clean as good as a professional but also accept payment, log and report the money, and provide excellent customer service to the client. We also are looking for someone with great negotiating skills that will have what it takes to persuade clients into reviewing, booking again, booking for the first time, or checking us out among other things. Here's how you work: as we get houses that need cleaned, you will be updated via either your provided contact info, or by employee software that we use. If you accept the job, you MUST follow through and go to that job! Otherwise, you will be terminated. At this company, we only have room for dependable, trustworthy, passionate people that are looking to make a commitment. If you are not looking for commitment, this job is not for you. You must fill out all forms as assigned to you and complete or read all education material assigned to you. You must fill out an end of day report at the end of any job you do. You must routinely, each day or multiple times a day, check the employee software for updates on your job or the company.
