I'm now offering a straightforward, walls-only repaint for homeowners who want their space to look clean and updated with limited disruption.

This is designed to be simple, efficient, and predictable — clear scope, clear pricing, professional quality.

What’s included:
• Walls only (no ceilings, trim, or doors)
• Two full coats of paint (included in cost, high quality Sherwin Williams coatings)
• Light patching of nail holes and minor dings
• Standard prep, thorough protection / cleanup
• Color confirmed before work begins (1 color per room)

Pricing:
• Most bedrooms / offices: $750* (additional $125 if primer coat is needed)
• Multi-room walls-only projects: $650 per room

**Room size note:**
*The $750/$650 rates apply to most standard bedrooms or offices up to approximately 350 sq ft. Ceiling height 9 ft.
