Why . . . we are discontinuing the common T-111 siding as a standard building product. While T-111 treated plywood has been an industry standard for many years, we find that it is a "high maintenance" siding. Even tho we stain it at the time of building, it seems that it needs constant upkeep to maintain its value.
For that reason and that alone, we are discounting ALL inventory buildings that are sided with T-111 plywood. There is approximately a THOUSAND DOLLAR discount on these buildings . . and they are being sold with no warranty - as is.
