We were featured on the pinnacle drilling page!
That was a wet day and I am thankful for my cowboy hard hat to keep the rain out of my face!
And the rig still looks great for putting in wells all over the valley for over 47 years!

A great day on-site visiting with Nugent Drilling Co. Justion from our sales team had the opportunity to stop by their project to observe their current setup and discuss their workflow.

At Pinnacle, we believe the best engineering starts with understanding the real world conditions our industry faces every day. Seeing different rigs and configurations in the field is a vital part of how we stay ahead of the curve.

Empty nesting this week with all the rigs out! Looks like a ghost town in the yard!
We are putting in lots of overtime to get as many important customers the water they need before the fall rain hits!

Great day to hit 50 gallons per minute in Sweet Home OR.
This area is a really tough area to hit water so hitting this much may just be the best well in this entire section (1x1 sq miles) this is the first well of 2024, and it going great for us, and our lucky customer!
Remember, if you need a well drilled this year, give us a call and claim your spot, as we are already booking up!!!

A little labor day out of water call. Liner had melted to the pump. We removed the liner and reinstalled new high quality liner and reset a new pump.
We normally don't do pump work, however when a shared well has issues, we do our best to help out! Ended up with 10-12 GPM. Happy customers!!! Have a great Labor day everyone!

Nugent Dilling Company in Lebanon is Looking to hire a full time Employee to learn how to drill Water wells!
MUST:
have a Valid Drivers license,
Be able to pass a drug screen,
Be able to lift heavy things,
Be able to learn/adapt to changing conditions,
Work overtime hours during the summer.

What we have to offer:
Starting wage is 15$ per hour. After 3 month probation period pay can go up.
Health insurance.
Paid overtime,
Paid vacation after one year,
Very flexible hours during the winter.
Paid holidays.
Flexible workdays to accommodate things life throws at us all.

Starting pay will change depending on experience.

-Class B or greater CDL
