Check out this trailer parking pad we wrapped up last week.

We cut all the top soil off the top and prepped the area for rock, by far the most important part when install pads or driveways.

After excavation we installed a solid base using 3”- rock placed in lifts and compacted. Topping it all of with a layer of 3/4”-compacted.

Compaction is very important when installing gravel pads and driveways, it keeps the desired grade in place and locks in the entire area into one unit and will identity soft/low spots to be fixed before leaving site. Ensuring a product that will last a long time and not develop ruts.

Big shout out to Colton Stepp Trucking on the rock hauling ( almost 70 Tons 🤯) and Elite Equipment Rental for coming in on super short notice for a skid loader when ours broke a track.

TRENCHING!!!

It’s easy to say, how hard can it be? Just dig a ditch.

Well there’s a little more to it than that. Especially when installing utilities like water, gas and electricity. Each one has specific codes and specifications that need to be followed. Depths, bedding, backfill requirements, all necessary parts of installation.

It is also equally as important to ensure safety requirements are followed and your property is kept as clean and tidy as possible when doing any underground construction.

Here is a snap shot of a 1300 linear foot trench job we did last week that included 2 radials and 2 finger trenches.

Busy week this week, we built a boulder wall with some rocks on site and extended this Rv pad, providing much more room to move around for this client.

We also wrapped up this siding job for another contractor in the Lebanon area.

We also built a parking lot but we were having to much fun to take pictures of that 😂.

We wrapped up this project out at Weaver Meadow Farm last week. It is always a pleasure working with these clients and helping make this farm more productive and sustainable.

We added 12 new farrowing pens to an existing barn, making spring farrowing of piglets much more comfortable for momma and a breeze to work for the farmers.

We also added 4 new windows to bring in some natural light and improve ventilation in the warmer months.

As I was driving to work this morning, I couldn’t help but feel completely blessed to be able to do the work that we do here and live the life that we live.
