There’s something really special about getting to come back into a space and keep building on what we’ve already started.

It’s not just a one-time reset—it’s creating systems that actually last.

And yes… a little magic helps too ✨

04/27/2026

I didn’t pay for any of this.
Like… literally $0.

This $65 haul came from Revolution — and it’s one of my favorite ways to shop smarter, not more.

Here’s the play:
→ I bring in pieces I’m not wearing
→ They sell
→ I get store credit
→ I use that credit for better, “new to me” pieces

That’s it. That’s the system.

This time it meant:
• a hot pink Tommy blazer (HELLO sherbet season 💅)
• a Tory Burch leather keychain I didn’t know I needed but absolutely did
• 2 locally made cards (because we are not showing up empty handed anymore)

✨ This is the circular economy in real life
✨ Less waste, better quality, zero guilt
✨ Spend once → wear multiple times → recirculate → repeat

And for my girls who think thrifting/consignment “isn’t for them” (especially my midsize + plus size babes)…
I’m telling you right now:
some of the BEST pieces I find are in larger sizes.
Better fabric, better cuts, often worn less. Don’t skip those racks.

You don’t need more stuff.
You need a better system for the stuff you already have.

Shop smarter.
Circulate your closet.

Stop letting value sit unused.
♻️ Earth Month, but make it actually sustainable.

04/23/2026

It's Earth Month, so we're talking about the 3 Rs (again)

Reduce is the one everyone forgets… but reuse is where things actually change.

This is a little ThredUp haul of pieces I used to fill in the gaps in my spring wardrobe.

Not my entire wardrobe—
I thrifted locally first and supplemented with a few new basics where it made sense.

Because for me, this isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about:
✅️buying less overall
✅️ reusing where I can
✅️ and only bringing in what I’ll actually wear

That’s where the real shift happens.
Less waste.
Less stress.
Less money spent on things that don’t matter.

If you want the full breakdown of what I found and the process I used to build a spring wardrobe without wasting money or space, I wrote it all out here:

Most people don’t realize how much money (and space) is tied up in their bathroom.

Half-used products. Backup of backups. Things that almost work.

So I started swapping—not perfectly, just intentionally.

A few of my go-to switches:
• safety razor instead of disposables
• bar soap + exfoliating pouch instead of body wash
• refillable dermaplane tool
• DIY dry shampoo (literally cornstarch + cocoa + cinnamon)

They’re:
✔ better for the planet
✔ easier to maintain
✔ and way cheaper over time

And honestly? They just simplify your space.

Because the goal isn’t perfection—it’s creating a system that actually works for your life.

If you’re overwhelmed by your space, start small. One swap at a time.
Or… if you want help cutting through the chaos, you know where to find me 👀

“I LOVE my basement! Actually keep going down there to admire it!!”

This is one of my favorite shifts to watch happen.

A space you avoided…
becomes a space you actually want to be in.

Not because it’s perfect—
but because it finally makes sense.

Function + flow + a little bit of “wait… this is mine??” energy.

If you’ve got a space you’ve been ignoring, this is your sign.

Thrifting only works if people actually let stuff go.

Not just the worn-out, stained, end-of-life stuff…

I’m talking about the good stuff:

the clothes you bought on sale 3 years ago that still have tags on them
the extra spatulas
the empty plant pots sitting in your shed

the things you’re “saving”… but not using

If you’re holding onto it because you feel bad “wasting money”—
just remember:

you already spent the money

so what’s worse?

letting it sit there… unused
or letting it go so someone else can actually use it?

this is how we keep things moving ♻️

This is what people don’t always think about…

When you donate your stuff, it doesn’t just “go away”

It gets sorted, priced, and put back into circulation—
helping fund things like summer camp for kids, food assistance, rent support, and programs that actually help people get back on their feet.

And the items themselves?
Still have plenty of life left in them.

So instead of sitting in a closet, stressing you out…
they get to serve someone else.

Stuff isn't valuable sitting there - it's valuable when it's used.

Let it move ♻️

04/17/2026

My mama was serious about the 3 R’s—reduce, reuse, recycle.

Like… so serious she literally owned a recycling center in Galveston, TX for a while 😅
(and yes, my sister and I “worked” there every summer… labor laws were a little loose back then 😂)

But here’s the thing—
most people skip the first one entirely.

Reduce → Reuse → Recycle

In that order. Because that’s the order of impact.

We vote with our dollars.

So when we reduce what we buy (looking at you, fast fashion 👀), we reduce what gets made.

And yes—stuff is useful.
But in excess? It’s stressful.

Less in = less to manage = more peace

Let it be simple ♻️

This sounds simple… but it changes everything.

Most people don’t have a “cleaning problem” or a “routine problem.”

They have:

-too many options
-too many products
-too much to manage

So nothing actually sticks.

I’d rather have:
-> a few things I use consistently
than a cabinet full of “maybe someday”

Less stuff to manage =
less waste
less stress
and less money going down the drain

“We found everything easily and nothing broken. You're an angel.”

Moves like this aren’t just about boxes.

They’re about memories. Heirlooms. The stuff you cannot replace.

We carefully wrapped and packed pieces that hold real family history—
while also keeping everything organized enough to actually find on the other side.

No broken items. No chaos. No last-minute stress.

And (according to her husband 😅)…
a little bit of marriage-saving energy in the process.

If you’ve got a move coming up and want it handled with care and clarity—
I’m your girl.

04/13/2026

I had these boots sitting in my “doom closet” for 6 months 😂

I tell my clients this all the time: “put it in your car so it actually gets done”

…and today I finally listened to myself.

Cobbler stop ✔️
Next up: Amazon returns (I'll take some of that money back, thank you Jeff 😂)

It sounds small, but this is how homes stop feeling chaotic.

Not by doing everything at once—
but by actually closing the loop on the little things.

More real-life tips like this are in my FREE Spring Reset Guide linked in bio.

04/10/2026

My laundry routine is low waste… but more importantly, it’s low stress.

April is Earth Month, so I’m sharing simple ways to create a home that:
-wastes less
-stresses less
-and just works better in real life

This is one of mine.

I don’t do anything complicated.

I just:
-sort lights, darks, and towels
-check pockets (learned that one the hard way 😅)
-use powdered detergent (cheaper + less plastic)
-swap vinegar for fabric softener (yes, it works. no, you won’t smell like salad)
-and use wool dryer balls instead of dryer sheets

I also hang dry a few things to help them last longer and cut down on my electric bill.

None of this is about being perfect.

It’s about:
-fewer problems
-fewer decisions
-and less money wasted

👉 less waste. less stress. more room for what actually matters.

Follow along for more ways to create a home that stresses less, wastes less, and lives more.

And if you’re feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, I just dropped a free Spring Reset Guide (link in bio)
